Important Notice: Monthly Performance and Payout Rules for Agents

关于销售代理每月考核与结算规则的重要通知

各位亲爱的代理伙伴：

为了保障平台的健康运营，并为所有伙伴提供更高效的服务，现将代理的核心运营规则与考核标准通知如下，请大家务必仔细阅读：

1. 每月最低销量考核
   • 每位代理每月需至少提交并成功完成 5 个订单。
2. 先款后货原则
   • 每笔代理订单必须在全额支付款项后，仓库才会安排打包并发出货品。
3. 佣金结算时间
   • 上个月的销售佣金，将在每个月的前 3 个工作日内完成结算与发放。
4. 未达标处理与补单规则
   • 若当月未完成 5 个订单的最低考核，当月的佣金将被取消（清零）。
   • 温馨提示：若考核期末销量不足，代理可采取自行下单（自购补单）的方式凑满 5 单，以保持活跃状态并正常获取当月佣金。

Dear Agents,

To ensure smooth operations and maintain a high standard of service for everyone, we are updating our core operating rules and performance requirements. Please read the following terms carefully:

Minimum Monthly Sales Requirement

• Every agent must submit and successfully complete at least 5 orders each month.

Payment Before Shipping

• Orders will only be processed and shipped after the full payment for each specific order has been received.

Commission Payout Schedule

• Commissions earned from the previous month will be calculated and paid out within the first 3 working days of the following month.

Failure to Meet Targets & Self-Ordering Rule

• If you fail to complete the 5-order minimum requirement, your commission for that month will be forfeited (burned).
• Tips: To avoid missing out, you can place personal orders (buy for yourself) to make up the difference and keep your account active to receive your commission.
